We create a block and assign to some region , and we remove the block from the region and again assign to any other region . Then the block is appearing in the disabled section . if we do it multiple times the same block is appearing multiple times in the Disabled section . It would be nice if the block should appear once in the disabled area . please see the screen shot .

@saradaprasad17 This is no longer an issue as the disabled section is removed now. Please check with latest Drupal8.

@Saurabh can you check once in 8.3.x? I don't think it breaks anything for us to backport to 8.1.x or 8.2.x.

Yes, I have tried 8.3.x and disable block section has been removed from there.
So i think this is not an issue now.
We can close it now.
