Hi,

I'm trying to run scheduled updates with workbench as standalone process (appearing in content/scheduled updates)

Using the lightning distribution.

If I create a new scheduled update with Default as the Update runner, it won't work with revisions but I can create a new Scheduled update without being inside a node.

If I change the Update Runner to use Revisions, then everything works fine, but I can't create a standalone scheduled update.

I get "You have not created any Scheduled update types yet"

Can you help me understand what I am doing wrong?

If you select this type:

Latest Revision - Runs updates always against the latest revision of revisionable entities content. This is useful for modules that allow forward revisioning such as Workbench Moderation. This Update Runner can only be used with revisionable entity types.

Then check node edit page of selected content types, it must contain new field:

Since it's been about 9 years going to close out. I am hoping to get a 3.0.x branch started so if any new questions come up please open against that
