Hi Friends,

I found answer

1. Copy comment.tpl.php from core comment module(core modules/comment/comment.tpl.php
2. Placed into our custom theme templates folder
3. Edit following line Instead of print $title
4. Use print check_plain($comment->subject);
5. Flush caches
