FYI - While trying to install via "Install from a URL" I get the error...

The info file (temporary://update-extraction-5ebe9176/user_prune/user_prune.info) does not define a 'name' attribute.

PS Same problem with the Dev version.

The info file doesn't have a '# @codingStandardsIgnoreFile'.
