Description:
The number of tests queued to run on the DrupalCI system can vary quite a bit depending on current project activity, whether a sprint is occurring, and whether or not the automated daily tests are running. To help balance the testing queue we've introduced testing priority.
The testing build queue is now prioritized so that d8 patches > d8 branches > d8 contrib+ branches > d7 tests (branch or contrib).
