Menus CSS does not return when scaling back up

First off love theme thank you!

When testing responsiveness everything works great scaling from large to small, but when scaling back the menu does not return and content position does not return, so for example I added a slideshow on the front page that only shows for the widest view, after scaling down then back up the slide returns the content box over laps.
