Add bundle sync to library items

Problem/Motivation

In #2843917: Implement Library entity type we add a library item entity type that allows the reusage of paragraphs. Initially it works with not a defined paragraph type, when accessing to the library item creation form, the user can add a paragraph type that will be re usable.
Instead of doing so we should list the available paragraph types as in node/add when creating nodes.

Proposed resolution

Add an add-page for the entity, list all the available paragraph types and after selecting one render that type as default.
