Description:
We've made some updates to the PHP containers we used for the DrupalCI testing environments. These three containers are intended to be kept up to date with the latest patch versions of these branches of PHP, and so we've updated three of our containers to versions: 5.6.30, 7.0.15, and 7.1.1.
We've also reconfigured the environments so that we can capture segfaults/core dumps more easily when troubleshooting issues with the tests. Finally, we've added WebP support for the GD image library to the PHP 7 containers.
Production outage: There may be some unexpected testing issues which we will fix in place. Some tests may need to be re-run
