When increasing the number of schemes, e.g. from 1 to 2, and saving changes, the new tab for the new scheme doesn't appear. You first have to clear the cache before seeing it. This is confusing. The cache should be flushed automatically.

I don't know if there is an easy way to only clear the cache specific to this page, so I clear the whole render cache.

I'm also faced that cache problem after using this patch its fixed. Now new tabs are appeared after creating new schemes. Thank you @LpSolit.
