Add generic entity tests, extend for each entity type

For the D8 tests for entity handling, we should have a base test class that is then extended for each entity type, this will make it easier to test each entity without having to manually write a whole bunch of different tests for each one. It also then makes it easier to add extra tests for e.g. ECK and other 3rd party entity types.
