Please is it possible to avoid not checking or give option to bypass validation when on of the field has a value or is empty

Ex fild1 and filed 2 .. configred for combination.

possibility to bypass validation when field 2 is empty or has a specific value.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
