7.13 update causes invalidates zone

Upon updating this module to the 7.1.3 update, I started getting a watchdog error of "Your purge URL is not defined. Please save your Cloudflare Purge Settings configuration to generate this zones purge url."

There are no notes with the 7.1.3 branch to state anything needs to be changed for the module to function after the update.

I went into my Performance settings and re-saved the CF configuration with the updated API URL of https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/. However, upon saving this URL I now get an error in red on the Performance settings page that "Your zone 'example.com' is either invalid, or 'https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/' is incorrect. Please be sure to use https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/ (including the trailing slash). Be sure to confirm you are using the correct email address and API key as well."

However, my API Key and Zone are definitely correct! The form does not save. Moving to a different page and re-loading the form reverts the settings back to the original pre-update values. Reverting to the old API URL does not save these values, either.

How can I get the new API URL to actually save for this module? Thanks in advance for any advice!
