When we use a external css managed by the site, the one that geshifilter creates, it contain ALL languages from geshi, which is wrong. It must contain only the enabled languages.
In GeshiFilterCSS::generateLanguagesCssRules(), we use getAvailableLanguages, but must use getEnabledLanguages.
