It seems Draggable tables now work on Touch screens (can anyone else confirm?), which should make Commons more Mobile user friendly. Also some Ajax error fixes for users.

So Any timeline as of when we'll see Commons 3.40?

Also is there any problem if an user wants to do the CORE update manually?
