Update drupal core to 7.51 and release comms 3.40 ? [#2820482]

It seems Draggable tables now work on Touch screens (can anyone else confirm?), which should make Commons more Mobile user friendly. Also some Ajax error fixes for users.

So Any timeline as of when we'll see Commons 3.40?

Also is there any problem if an user wants to do the CORE update manually?

-***Draggable tables now work on touch screen devices.

-***If a user navigates away from a page while an Ajax request is running they will no longer get an error message saying "An Ajax HTTP request terminated abnormally".

-The Update module now also checks for updates to a disabled theme that is used as an admin theme.
