Description:
To improve our database replication behavior and reliability we have begun our upgrades to Puppet 4 and Debian 8. This will also allow us to more easily provide ongoing updates to the cluster, and enables us to add a report only database host in the future.
We put DB6 back into rotation as the primary database node at 23:30 UTC on 2017-10-17. It will remain primary until we rebuild DB5 on 2017-10-18. We'll also be putting an additional replicator, DB7.
