I'm having a bug with jquery media and the JW FLV Player 4. When I'm logged on as uid=1 (superuser), I cannot see the flash content. Anonymous & other roles can see the flash. I changed superuser to one of the roles that can see it, but it still doesn't work.

Also, there is a display problem with the JW FLV Player 4 when I use it to play an mp3, again, only for UID=1. The skin flickers so badly it becomes unusable, but it's stable for other users & anonymous.

I would double check that none of your admin-only modules are causing this problem. The administration menu module is my favorite culprit to check first. Disable it and let me know if that solves the problem.
