Changes include:

1) CSS file was never added to HEAD.
2) Cleanup to update to Drupal 6 CCK API.
3) Use of the schema API and cleaning up of the database schema (remove the nid field and change the primary key to the cid and demote vid to a unique key).
4) Proper comment update handling.
