CiviCRM and Nginx: block access to the 'custom' directory. [#2811377]

The "files/civicrm/custom" directory should not be accessible:

"Files in the data directory (/var/aegir/platforms/civicrm-4.7/sites/example.org/files/civicrm/custom/) should not be downloadable."
