Error "We were unable to load Disqus."

I have installed the module for my website, done all the permissions and followed your instructions. Created my account on Disqus and attached that to me module. When I open the page I get error message

We were unable to load Disqus. If you are a moderator please see our troubleshooting guide.

When I click on "troubleshooting guide.", it tries to load but it can no do so and it does not give me any messages but

Disqus seems to be taking longer than usual. Reload?

I have confirmed my email account, added some channels. It seams that the module recognise the account but something stop it to load.

One thing in your instruction does not seams to be right, you are mentioning

The website shortname that you registered Disqus with. If you registered http://example.disqus.com, you would enter "example" here.

This is not valid anymore, now you get http://disqus.com/by/YourName

Please note I checked this issue, your discussion on this is out of date. Would you please let me know how I can solve the issue of loading discuss?
