This is one of the most useful modules every created. I'm in the process of migrating my website to Drupal 8 and I just cant find a replacement for it. I hope it gets ported to D8 soon.
I don't know why @colan marked this was postponed - the only thing blocking this module from being ported to D8 is finding someone willing to do the work.
@cjd4001 - Definitely agree, although Drupal 8 is now succeeded by Drupal 9 - a huge hole
Views Loop is absolutely essential to create meaningful Rules Components to deal with triggered emails from calendar event bookings to send reminders, etc to multiple users via the scheduler.
I cannot see another way to trigger this process in Drupal 9/8 like I could do in Drupal 7. In fact until this Module gets ported, as far as I can see I cannot recreate and migrate my Drupal 7 site up to Drupal 9.
I wish I understood PHP and Drupal better, if I did I would offer to help with the porting, but sadly I cannot apart from the testing, which I would happily help with.

colanProbably not until Rules hits beta. See #2245015: [META] Rules 8.x Roadmap.
