POPUP in v2.1 broken (v1.3 works)

Have you followed the "Installation and usage" section in the module page https://www.drupal.org/project/dc_ajax_add_cart. I guess this is a fresh Drupal installation, can you write the steps you followed starting from just after installing (only) Drupal till the bug that you have mentioned in the gif.

Is there maybe a additonal requirement for the popup?

UPDATE: Figured out that this does not happen, if you enable the Ajax Cart Teaser - Block.

I am experiencing the same issue and can't solve it. not working in 1.3 or 2.1 for me in any theme I try. I followed instructions. What else can I check? thanks.

no errors in console.

Fixed recently. Please check the latest dev version of this module.

I'm using the latest dev but it seems that js and css are not loaded even with the latest dev.
EDIT: if I hardcode the js and css import in html.tpl.php it works, maybe hook_library() has changed syntax with the latest drupal updates?

@smurfxx Can you specify the exact steps. Because I tried to replicate the problem, and I found it has been fixed.

The steps are:
normal installation of your module on this theme: http://goshop.drupalet.com/
Drupal version: 7.56
Module version: 7.x-2.11+1-dev

The problem is that function dc_ajax_add_cart_library() does not load the css file.
I don't have errors on browser debug console and no drupal errors/alerts log.

Looks like the module is not installed in the site, because adding product to cart causes a page reload. Also neither of the blocks provided by the module are placed on the site, you need either one of the block so that the CSS is loaded in the page.
