Submitting the attached for your consideration. This is a patch that adds a UI component to the formatter so you can select a custom graphic for true/false status as well as no graphic at all. (My use case was that I wanted an image to appear only if the field was checked. I also had multiple fields and wanted each one to be represented by a different image.)

Tested the patch from #2 and it works fine for me.

It could possibly be improved with an upload-n-save function but for rudimentary purposes this works!
