Dvg standard has webform component time enabled. This fixes the positioning of the time component.
Also there was no styling for the webform component datepicker from jquery ui. It uses jquery ui styling. But now has his own styling.

@ruud, nice patch. Here is some feedback of a few things I noticed.

* '.form-item:first-child' > padding-left: 0em; could be just 0
* '.ui-state-default' > font-weight: 400 .. I think we should just stick with bold and normal.
* 'a' > text-decoration: none; .. dvg_abc has everywhere underlined as default state of a A-tag
* '#ui-datepicker-div.ui-datepicker' & '.ui-datepicker-header' > font-weight again + background with hard-coded white + font family hard coded
