kruhak commentedPubMed integration is in our features plan for bibcite module.
Anyway, can you tell me about your use cases with PubMed?
How you used it with biblio module? It was a simple import/export workflow or maybe something more complex?
Maybe you have some suggestions for UI?
During a couple of days I planing to create detailed list of planing features and improvements. In this list, I will try to show what we are planing to do and when.

I will let you know some of the features we would like to see.

Mark F commentedA lot of the academic work I do uses PubMed. It was great in biblio when populating entries
Comment #5
gintass commentedIn Biblio it is enough to enter PMID number to pull all the information about the particular publication from the PubMed database.
Anonymous (not verified) commentedOur researchers simply provide us with their PubMed ID or BibText list which can be added via data import. Additional Citations can be added individually using PubMed ID / BibText entry.

kruhak commentedPubMed integration will be implemented in the separate project. I'll start working on it in the near future.
As for importing individual reference I have created new issue #2859088: Create reference entity from one format entry
Comment #8
BarisW commentedAny updates here? Is Pubmed import already available somewhere?
antongp commentedHi. It should be pushed within 1 week or so.
antongp commentedPubMed import and lookup functionality has been released as separate project: Bibliography & Citation - PubMed. New "+ PubMed lookup" button appears on the /admin/content/bibcite/reference page. PubMed XML format is available for import at the moment, ability to import references by providing list of PubMed IDs is upcoming: #3048284: Add an ability to import list of references by providing list of PubMed IDs
Currently, "Administer Bibliography & Citation" permission is needed to access PubMed import and lookup functionality. And appropriate permissions to create reference entities should be granted too, of course.
All new related issues should be reported within new Bibliography & Citation - PubMed module.
Thanks.
