Unable to download ie7-js from [error]

I'm having issues building a project from a makefile. Looks like the path for the ie7-js library has changed.

Shoot. There is an issue queue somewhere that allows you to request whitelisting. It's been a while, had to deal with this in Panopoly. I'll try to look it up. BUt the patch can be used by others for now.
