I have upgraded drupal 7.41 to 7.50 on my production system. But then latter come an issue of content permission. I have a role that set to allow a user edit his own content for a certain content type. But the role is not working anymore. Previously before upgrade, it works. But after upgrade, it doesn't.

Have checked on last log message it contains warning message that access denied. Have checked content author and test it with the author user also not working. Rebuild permission has been execute, but the problem still there. Creating new roles with same permission is not working either. Is there any one has a solution to this problem?

System:
Centos Apache 2.2.15, mysql 5.6.28, php 5.3.3

extra module:
VBO, WYSIWYIG, IMCE, JQuery Update, Node View Permission, Entity translation, etc

I tried to reproduce the issue in 7.50 and the permission Edit own content for a specific content type was working as expected. If you can recheck the role, permission and the role tagging for the user you may find some pointers about this issue.
