Currently, the overview page is a separate menu item in Admin - Config - System from the Settings. It would be better to add it to the tab group on the Settings page.

Also, it would be great if there were an entry for this on the main status page, linking to it, using the colour scheme, and the number of profiles ready (out of the total).

The settings page and all the tabs in it require "administer modules,administer permissions" permissions for an access. But the overview page require only "administer modules" permission for an access. That is the reason for keeping the two pages separate. Do you still think that these two should be combined?

I like the idea of grouping things together so that they're easily findable, but as it's not really a configuration page, I could live without it. But my preference would be to group them.

The above permission issue isn't really a problem because (I'm assuming) tabs for which the user doesn't have access simply won't show up. So a user in that situation would only see the one tab. That's fine with me.
