Drupal has its own standard way to determine whether or not blocks should be enabled/disabled. It also has a way to set the title;.

The amount to show can stay there, but I would rather see it use the default setting (five items) for other core blocks. too.

I can't find where's the block enable/disable setting is.

As for the title, I'd rather leave it. It's a feature. I don't feel like enabling the locale module just to change one string.
