Once an image has been added, it cannot be changed using the block anymore.
Even removing the image manually makes it impossible to add a new one later on

I can't reproduce this. Which authoring mode are you using? Blog, story, page? Can you expand a bit on how to reproduce this? Thanks.

since we cannot reproduce this and the reporter hasn't responded, I am filing this one as closed.
