Since Pubkey Encrypt requires all users of a website to perform one-time login after the module is initialized, it makes sense to provide a feature via which an admin can remind all those users who have yet to perform this one-time login. The reminder can be in the form of a mail sent to all such users.

All users are logged out automatically, so they must log in again to use the website after initialization.
