My Drush make file started failing today when it couldn't download certain sandbox projects. But other projects I had already cloned can't be fetched either.

SSH still works. It's HTTPS that doesn't work.

Our monitoring hasn’t spotted any problems and I’m not aware of any DrupalCI issues or other issues.

If this persists, please open up a fresh issue with details. Does it fail all the time or sporadically? What’s the output with verbosity turned up?

It happened every time this morning. Now, 13 hours later, it works as expected.
