Action button is in li tag which causes a bullets before the submit button. Please check the attached screenshot.
I have added a patch for it. Please review.

Please check the after screenshot. li tag should be there, but we have added a action-links class in it. So that it will behave like a button rather applying any custom css.

@Manjit.Singh: I think the contributions for rules have changed a bit. Could you please check https://github.com/fago/rules. As per * Contributing* section you would have to create a pull request in github and then cross link this issue in the PR and vice-versa.

I was wondering if we can upload the patch file here as well, as it uploaded patch files integrates the patch with simplytest.me and hence it is more easy for QA folks to do a manual testing.
