Is there any modules for add bank information of multiple stores by site admin for transfering the funds getting the commission.

Please help me on below topics.

I would inform you all guys that I want to create a website where I had two Roles like Merchant and Customers.
Merchant can have 1 or more stores. Any customers purchase any item from any stores and pay for that item and he/she pay successfully. That amount is successfully transferred to site admin. But here my question is that How to transfer rest of money(after cut off commission) to respective store by site admin?

I would like inform that I am using Moneris payment system on own site. Is there any module for storing bank information of each store, please tell me?

If I can make this functionality through making custom module please tell me about concept of this. I have no more experience in this.
