I tried adding a vote over REST request and was getting Access Denied / Forbidden errors.

I was able to overcome the issue by implementing hook_ENTITY_TYPE_access and hook_ENTITY_TYPE_create_access. I will attach a patch with my changes. Pls review.

The patch above allowed GET requests, but I got errors when I tried POSTing a vote. I have made some more changes in the code, after which I could POST a vote. Here is the revised patch. Pls review.
