"Page Not Found" When Trying to Edit Menu

When I try to edit a menu, I get a "page not found" error. When I try to disable the menu, it simply does nothing. The menu I am trying to edit is a list of taxonomy terms generated by the "taxonomy menu" module. I want to change it's parent, but I get an error when I click the edit button. Please help, as I am running out of time.
