What is the way to send out a summary of updated feeditems title or teaser in one email for users.

The subscription/notification module content type subscription sends out each updated feed items in separate email which is not good as there are many feed items get updated at same time in most cases and could flood users email account. The subscription module feedapi plugin also not good solution as it simply sends out only the feed not the feed items.

This issue is beyond the scope of FeedAPI. Have a look at messaging & notifications.
