I like to have more then one file upload field and only one upload button. Like this picture: http://www.menpmedia.nl/hans/fileupload.jpg

Extra feature for the above wish would be ajax support: first file is being uploaded while you are browsing for secong file.

This feature exists in the Drupal 6 version, but would require significant reworking to backport to Drupal 5. Since D5 is now maintenance-only, this feature won't be added to the D5 version.
