Title with consecutive numbers

Problem/Motivation

When uploading photos with plupload the title becomes the filename. It's ugly.

Proposed resolution

Add a new feature to set the title with option to append consecutive numbers. Something like prefix, suffix, number. So title's will become Event Photo 1, Event Photo 2, etc.

Remaining tasks

Write some codes. Add title field to the plupload form and check box to append consecutive numbers.

Note:
Pull starting number from {photos_album}.count and/or have an option to set starting number?
