Currently, the bundle label for comments is "Content type". This manifests, for instance, when configuring visibility settings for blocks. All of a sudden, you see 2 different sections for "content type".

We already use 'comment type' elsewhere so there's nothing more for translators to do.

Committed/pushed to 8.2.x and cherry-picked to 8.1.x. Thanks!
