Show a count of field mappings and unmapped fields

Follow-up to #2707657: Show source, destination, and other useful information on main dashboard

The main dashboard should also show a summary of field mappings - count of mapped fields, fields marked as DNM, and unmapped fields. In a follow-up, we can have a break-up of mapping count per issue group and count of fields that no longer exist.
