Currently, the users from white listed IP addresses can't log in, if the login is locked. Maybe it's a good idea to allow users from those IP addresses to log in into the site.

Both of your patches sound like good ideas, but I just added a previously completed v.1.0 release that adds the ability to configure custom paths. I didn't really look to see if your patches will match up to the new version, but they're pretty simple. So I'll probably just add them manually and issue a 1.1 release.

This above patch doesn't work for. so i create a patch, this one works for me.
Please review this.
