I'm using 7.43 and after installing and enabling the module nothing is working.

There are no errors reporting related to this module when I visit the Recent Log Messages page.

I also see the issue reported here Issue: admin/structure/postal_code does not exist but I do not have a new Postal Code field available like he does.

Please, use /admin/config/postal_code path.
admin/structure/postal_code config should be removed from module info file.
