How do I edit css? Which files to edit on this one?

The CSS styles are in style.css.

I found out what happened, drupal was actually using a different style.css from the /files/color folder.

When color.module is in effect, css files are cached.
Open your theme configuration to the color wheel editor and save it once to update the cached version.
Unfortunately you must do this each time you change the css if you want to see the changes and are NOT using the default colors.
