In the Drupal 8 port the machine name field is not working as expected, so temporarily disabled machine name field and its value will be populated at the time of saving.
We need to figure out a way to make it work perfectly as in Drupal 7 version.

After spending a lot of time to figure out for making machine name field work as expected, decided to remove machine name field.
Since we already have pet id and uuid field as unique identifier, we can safely remove machine name field.
here is patch to remove machine name field.
