Remove vestigial Pointer class

#2683265: Convert pointers to a content entity type was committed before we finished the cleanup. The old Pointer class (and interface) is no longer used or needed. So let's get rid of it.

This patch consists of nothing but removals, and is therefore awesome by definition.
