Moving Yotpo Product Reviews

Product reviews are linked to product display nodes by the node id. If for some reason you change the node id of your product display node then you will need to notify Yotpo of the changes so that any reviews get carried across.

E.g you may have a site with two versions of the same product, a personalised and an un-personalised version. At some later stage you decide to have one product display node for both versions so that the un-personalised version is no longer needed and you un-publish it. You don’t want to lose all the reviews that you have against the un-personalised version so what do you do? You need to tell yotpo what the old node id maps to.

You can request a download of all your reviews via the yotpo website. You then edit the list with the new node-ids and make a support request to Yotpo to upload the changes.
