jeffschulerSteffenR: did you try using Frans' contact form?

steffenrHI jeff - i have not tried contacting him directly. But i'll do it now ;)

juliangb commentedHi Steffen, could i ask whether you would be willing to start maintaining this module if the current maintainers don't reply? Or would you be asking for the module to be marked unsupported?
I am currently considering adding hms field as a dependency of a module with ~600 users, but only want to do that if the module is still being supported!
Thanks!

steffenrHi juliangb - i just ported the d8 version of the module to work with latest d8 core. I could help co-maintaining the module if no one else wants to pick it up.
Right now i'm on my holiday - be back in office by the end of May.
Which version are you using?
juliangb commentedHi Steffan, D7 and or D8 depending on when the support of hms is formally clarified. Currently I am postponing using hms as I want to be clear that dependencies will still be available and supported going forward.
ws.agency commentedWe took over maintainance of hms_field and are working to release D8 version of the module.

Feel free to use the patch i added in https://www.drupal.org/node/2608886
This should solve most of the 8.x-1.x issues of the current version.

ws.agency commented@SteffenR thank you for the patch, it worked great and we just released it as beta1

As we are using this module in ongoing project we plan to further maintain it.
