Problem/Motivation

There might be a case when we would like to show thousand marker other than comma.

Proposed resolution

Provide a setting for thousand marker similar to prefix/suffix that we have.

Remaining tasks

Provide a patch for this new setting.

User interface changes

The setting will be a textbox where we provide what marker we would like to show. By default comma will be displayed.
