Show all nodes of a content type on one page

I want to show all nodes of a content type on one page, with an url.
And this for example in 3 columns.

Next, I want the possibility to don´t use the layout of page.tpl.php. But a layout where just the 3 teaser-columns are shown.

Is this the right place to ask?
Can somebody push me in the right direction.
