Part of #2456477: Convert deprecated \Drupal\simpletest\KernelTestBase tests to KernelTestBaseNG

Unlike #2679096: Convert Kernel Tests in Drupal\system\Tests\Entity to phpunit, this seems to work fine. I did however run those tests on top of the other patch, so if it fails, we will need to get the other one in first.

Well, there has been no issue with converting those tests, so IMHO it should have been maybe part of a bigger package in the first place.
